For those who have time to do some self-learning, MIT’s Open Courseware is a great way to get yourself involved in all sorts of subject, ranging from History and Literature, to Aeronautics and Computer Science. While this is not the only place online where you can receive free self-learning material, the material you find at OC is after all from MIT, with all the quality and standard that the institute is well-known for.
Time to do some exploring.
My past research indicated that it is difficult to come across good looking skins for Mediawiki, so to ease the search, check out GuMax’s website for the skins and extensions he has made for Mediawiki before conducting your extensive search for good looking Mediawiki skins, and in some cases, extensions.
With a recent need to include a table in my post, I began my search for a somewhat elegant looking yet simple to implement spreadsheet / table for WordPress. After venturing through countless plug-ins and alternatives, I finally found WP-Table Reloaded, which is an awesome plug-in that lets you create, edit, and publish table all within WordPress.
I highly recommend it for your WordPress table needs.
I have always wanted to have a career in the security field, but with the economy being hit and security jobs being difficult to come across to begin with, the opportunity is pretty much non-existent.
But it’s not without ways. Karl, a security professional, wrote an article for people who want to get into the security field but don’t know where to start. A great read, I think, and is definitely one that I’ll utilize.
Heh…I have to agree, I have been on both sides, but hey, the more you know, the better, right? So if you care about whether you are being boring or not, these tips might “enlighten” you a bit. But overall, it’s just a fun read.
Firefox extension “CyberSearch” is basically an add-on that adds search functionality to the URL bar, where you generally use to enter the address to a website.
I just got it, and found it to be AWESOME! So thought I’d share.

So my anticipation comes to an end as I picked up the phone this morning knowing that I got offered a job that I have been dreaming for.
6 months worth of effort job hunting, is it all worth it? Well, I would prefer getting the job within the first month, but in the end it all worked out.
Finally, I get to enjoy a little celebration shopping spree.
It’s the hardest thing to endure.
And what exactly am I anticipating? I hope soon I’ll be able to reveal, which is when I have the answer.
