  After playing with 40D for a while, I am starting to see myself strolling into the realm of strobe photography.   Alain Camporiva is an inspiring photographer who I met at Sakura Con '09. Not personally, but I learned quite some interesting ideas regarding photography from his panel with Vince.   So the weekend was all about Sakura Con. My second visit was better prepared, for I had my trusty Canon 40D, equipped with 1 10-22mm wide-angle lens, 1 28-135mm zoom lens, and 580ex II flash, along with the backup camera, Canon S80. The three-day convention had me running from places to places pretty much the whole time, busy taking pictures of people dressed up as fictional characters.   Recently I am picking up World in Conflict again because of the release of its expansion, Soviet Assault. They streamlines the missions together to provide players with views from commanders of both sides. Although players have to reply the whole storyline to enjoy the expansion, but it's neat nonetheless.
