  How would you like to be a part of biggest hacker convention while enjoying the luxurious hotels and the entertainment that of Las Vegas, all at the same time? Not being an advertiser for Defcon, but my past experience of Defcon was so much fun that I wish to come back again and again, year after year, to learn about the latest trend in technology and security, while visiting one of the most fun-filled city in America.   Firefox extension "CyberSearch" is basically an add-on that adds search functionality to the URL bar, where you generally use to enter the address to a website. I just got it, and found it to be AWESOME! So thought I'd share. (Originally I thought FF3's "awesome bar" automatically does this, but it's not working for me, so I don't know what's wrong with my setup)

  As a sequel to adding a menu to the new photo album, I realized today that the implementation doesn't bode well with smaller screen. As in, if the whole page from left to right cannot be displayed altogether, the menu itself is essentially hidden from the user. Not good. So to fix the problem, I have to re-arrange and "re-style" the menu so it actually looks like a part of the design.   After testing a couple online album candidates, I settled on ZenPhoto for its simplicity and the somewhat WordPress-like styling. Originally the intention to change app is so I am using a more actively maintained app. Phpalbum is great, but from my observation, it's very rarely updated.   It's good for temp storage and unlimited bandwidth. Bad for organization. Why? For people who have used or are using it, they know picasa web album has a 1-level only file system. You get to create folders to separate pictures, but only on top level. You cannot create another folder under the top level folder, so it makes things a little nastier.   I am still job searching. But, when taking breaks, I have been trying to get Gears of War to work on my network. Noting that there is a WDS point on the network, it might cause some problem. And it did. Basically the two PC on hardware to router #1 can connect just fine, but if the connection is between a hardwired PC and a WDS-router-connected PC, the "connection to the host" will be lost. Why?
