  Finished the DLC: The Pitt, for Fallout 3. Well, that was a pretty short DLC, even Operation Anchorage felt longer than that. At least we get to revisit the place.

  Do like killing zombies in games? Do you want to have unlimited opportunity to kill zombies until they overtake you? Then look no further than Call of Duty: World at War. After beating the whole singleplayer campaign, the zombie level is unlocked (there are 2 with patch 1.4), and the level only ends...when you die (in game). Take a look. Some may argue that Left 4 Dead is also a pretty intensive zombie killing game, but since I never fully play through it (too scary for me...), I wouldn't know. Not to mention the co-op mode where people have the most fun...

  Red Alert 3 got a new standalone expansion "Uprising", so I grabbed myself a copy. When I first played it, the graphics simply overwhelmed me. It's not a very graphically intensive game, but EA made RA3 look amazing. What got me the most is its water. Oh man, the water looks REAL! Well, maybe not that real, considering the fact that so-clear-you-can-see-the-bottom-of-the-seabed sea/ocean/lake is pretty nonexistence nowadays. Nonetheless, they did a great job making that water. Aside from that, it's the cheesy cinematic that made the game so great. Many famous faces, including the gorgeous Gemma Atkinson, and the funny JK Simmons. ...

  World In Conflict Game, Software, Visual Arts | (1)

  Recently I am picking up World in Conflict again because of the release of its expansion, Soviet Assault. They streamlines the missions together to provide players with views from commanders of both sides. Although players have to reply the whole storyline to enjoy the expansion, but it's neat nonetheless. The reason for bringing up WIC is because, after playing through it again, it gives me the most realism experience from a video game, and it's all because of the background of the story. All the technology in the game is basically what we have today, dated maybe several decades back, but ...
