What form of entertainment would you take when you have no income and very little money left in the bank? Do you still go to movies and dinners, or you stay home and just find something to occupy your time?
Surely, without money, it’s pretty tough to survive on your own. People are social animals, most of us are not scavengers, and cannot survive by wandering around looking for food in the trash cans. But it would be nice if we could, wouldn’t it?
Nevertheless, as some people are making less and less during tough times, it is generally the trend that people begin to be more frugal and spend proportionally less dollars on entertainment, and more on necessities such as food and transportation.
But everyone is different, and we are back to the original question: do you still spend like you normally do, or you have adjusted your entertainment spending with the bad economy?
